The builders are not taking their time and rushing to complete a house in 6 months and the quality of work is not great. If outside guidelines were not completed settlement date should have been delayed. Communication is not great should be more informed when things are happening.
I must first say that I love my new townhome! The moment Brent took me to tour the home, I instantly knew I would be purchasing it. I immediately told my realtor we can stop looking! The open floor plan is amazing and all the modern fixtures are of great quality. Everyone I worked with during the purchasing process was very knowledgeable and took their time helping me settle into the home. If I ever choose to purchase again, it will DEFINITELY be another Berks home!

I don’t know how Y’all do it where you’re from but around here we clean up after ourselves. If you wanna slap your cookie cutter homes all over Warrensville Road in Montoursville the least you could do is clean up your messy work sites. I got a lag in my brand new tire passing your build site on the public road. Do better.
