She took the time to clearly explain the results of my hearing test and to present hearing aid options. When I ran into a problem with one of my hearing aids, I had no difficulty getting it checked out and resolved in a timely manner.
Hearing tests and explanation for use of hearing aid were very easy to understand.
I have been very happy with Dr. Mindy and the staff. Always friendly and helpful whenever I have had an appointment. Dr. Mindy always asks if I have any questions or problems and takes the time to talk with me if I do. Would highly recommend Berks Hearing Orofessionals.
