My husband had been having pain on and off with a tooth for 2 years. He was finally referred to an endodontist. When he arrived, they had the room all set up for a root canal. The dentist came in and asked him a bunch of questions, then he looked at the x-ray the assistant took. He examined the area with a special light and quickly determined that a root canal was not appropriate, due to an unusual kind of crack in the tooth, and the tooth needed to be extracted. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
