Teddy Kramer recently sold our house in Halifax, VT. He was THE BEST decision we made. He gave us confidence on the sale, he was enthusiastic, he loved the house, he is relatable, we knew our house and cat were safe in his presence, his communication exceeded expectations. Not only did he list the house for more than what we expected, he got us an offer for $30k over his asking price. I HIGHLY recommend Teddy as a realtor.
Could not be happier with the services of agent Thom Dahlin. He certainly went above and beyond for the sale of our family property in Newfane. You won’t go wrong using him for your agent.
They manage our property and have been challenging to deal with. Communication has been poor. We were offered a deal to take a larger space before we were completely ready, but we were responsible for the labor cost of painting the large unit which more than ate up the savings. Later learned it was atypical for us to have done that in a unit that was empty for years and had wall damage. Deal cost more than them painting it and normal rent would have been due to unit size. This agency (Thom Dahlin specifically) is the problem with Brattleboro. He and his ilk are a cancer on the local economic system. I'm happy to provide a detailed timeline of Thom's failing performance. Use ANYONE ELSE or better yet FSBO. The "need" for people like Dahlin died with the advent of the internet. Let's make realtors obsolete as they should've already been for the past 25+ years. FU Dahlin...FU!!!
We lost thousands of dollars from grossly incompetent real estate buyers agent Jane who works there. She forwarded our private email exchanges directly to the seller, binding us in writing to an agreement we didn't even know we were making at the time. We did not end up with the house and lost a very large sum of earnest money. Do not do business with this company. They didn't even offer to compensate us after such blatant incompetence displayed by their staff.
