Terrible service. Cancelled workmans comp and insurance on one vehicle. Took them over 5 weeks to process cancellation. I was billed twice through ach after cancellation because of the inability to do their job.
I have paid premiums to this company for 29 years. They have proven themselves to be completely worthless and no longer have my trust. I will find another insurance company for the next 30 years. Do not use this insurer!! UPDATE: I LEFT THIS AWFUL COMPANY FOR MY LOCAL STATEFARM. MUCH HAPPIER. BETTER PEOPLE AND BETTER COMPANY. CANCELED 2 COMMERCIAL POLICIES WITH BERKLEY. Don't use this "company" its one big scam. We were customers for decades and when we FINALLY had a real issue we needed insurance for, they said they wont help.
This has seriously got to be the worst insurance company in America. As a licensed Electrical Contractor in East TN I gave these jokers three years to get their act together. Every year at audit time they would mess up by using the wrong WC information that they pulled from a year or two before and I would owed an absorbent amount of money for renewal.
