Make sure to document every interaction you have with, since you’ll need it when you file with the Better Business Bureau due to their horrible business practices. You will never be able to reach anyone and they will always be “out of the office”. Especially if you are a claimant. I don’t know how this is legal.
This is hands-down the worst insurance company It is impossible to tell you all of the things I have to complain about. Let me just tell you it took over two months to complete a claim that was their fault. If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolutely horrible!!!!!
Started a claim 2 weeks ago. The insured is clearly at fault yet they refuse to return my phone calls, or even call me to start a claim. Every time I call in, they ask the same questions as the last time. This is pathetic and praetorial. Piss poor business practices from a shady company
