Management increased rent. Roaches everywhere. No water with no notice. Mold growing on the ceiling. Unfinished Construction leaves my balcony inaccessible. Elevators don't work half the time. You have to pay for visitor parking? Rude staff. Lots of drugs and bad smells. Hardly taken care of. Tenants are animals. Homeless people living in stairwells. Heating hardly works.
Great area.... But the condo itself is poorly runned... There have been times where we the owners had to pay for repairs that should be completed by the corporation..
