BERKLEY Pointe is a low down apartment complex no matter how many new management companies take over. It’s gone from good to the worst place to live. Nasty, insect infested inside and out. You sit in your house and watch the bugs come in and management does nothing no matter how many times you complain, THEY DO NOTHING!! Do not move here until they really remodel them. They got 200 apts and more than 100 are empty because of the slack management.
