Claim denied Left my car damages and told me all damages where pre existing picture 1 is what my car looked like before. Response to the owner : you just keep on scamming people there big guy clearly this was caused by the car wash with 10 other customer review that had the same things happen. you guys are total heroes.
I got into an accident with Cannon Hills Industries (Berkeley north pacific is the insurance company) , and it was all cleared up on site with the police there. The sheriff on site did investigation, and report says that Cannon Hills Industries hit me and driver also said he hit me. And this insurance company is denying the damages done to my car. Rachel Patrolia is the claims representative and she just with no reason denied the claim. $2400 in damages.
