I do not recommend living here and would strongly encourage prospective tenants to look elsewhere. Having lived here almost 3 years, and will not be resigning when the time comes, here is my experience: I have experienced multiple ceiling leaks in this unit over time. Each time, the issue was “repaired” by patching and painting the affected area, only for the problem to reoccur.
