I’ve lived at Berkeley House for the past year I love it here. The maintenance team is always super quick whenever something needs fixed, and the whole property is kept really clean and well taken care of. The amenities are great, and everything always feels organized and maintained. The front desk team Blaize, Alex, Keely and Abbey are always friendly, super helpful, and make sure residents are taken care of. I absolutely love living at Berkley House. The building is consistently clean and well maintained, and the maintenance team really stands out—they’re responsive, friendly, and take care of issues quickly and thoroughly once you put a work order in. The neighbors are kind and respectful, it feels very safe, and overall the staff helps make it an easy and enjoyable place to live.
It was a great time living here! Prime location, amazing service team, great security, and fun amenities and monthly resident activities!! 10/10 would recommend!
I do not recommend living here and would strongly encourage prospective tenants to look elsewhere. Having lived here almost 3 years, and will not be resigning when the time comes, here is my experience: I have experienced multiple ceiling leaks in this unit over time. Each time, the issue was “repaired” by patching and painting the affected area, only for the problem to reoccur.
