STARTING WITH THE RECEPTION TO THE NASTY NURSES AND TO THE "EXECUTIVES", AND TO THE PHYSICAL THERAPY, THAT DECLINED TO GIVE MY LOVED ON, PHYSICAL THERAPY BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME AFTER 4 TIMES, AND 10 MINUTES EACH TIME, MY LOVED ONE: "REACHED THE PLATEAUX"???
