This is a great company and highly recommended. Robert Barnes was our construction manager and handled the addition of our back-house (Studio Shed) with utmost professionalism and care. They are great builders and run a tight operation. Would definitely use Berkley Construction again on any future projects.

We worked with Berkley Construction on an ADU and the experience was great. This was a slightly odd project in that we had selected a manufacturer for the structure, who shipped it to San Diego for assembly. This process seemed easy and convenient at first but it ended up being a constant struggle as the manufacturer wasn't really prepared to service construction in San Diego (they are located in Colorado). I recommend Berkley Construction wholeheartedly ! They worked for me between late 2019 and 2020 I hired them to do a complete remodel of the house my father built in 1955 on B st. It needed a serious upgrade after 65 years. I include a before and after photo of the whole house plus the kitchen. I was very pleased with their work. We have used berkley const several times over the years with our property and asset management projects. Every time they have delivered with awesome products and good ideas to improve areas that we needed to make improvements on.
