They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I got an appointment quickly. Sure Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Overall, I was not satisfied with the service I received. I have gone to him 3 times over the past year. He has done a poor job of listening to my needs and communicating his concerns to me.
Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
