Purchased a 50 gallon water heater. Not necessarily Berkeys fault but the new one would not fit in my attic. So I agreed to a 40 gallon. When they called and another tech brought out the 40 gallon he brought an electric not a gas as I needed. This delayed the install by several hours. They eventually got the correct one and installed and it's working fine. We had a new water heater installed and it had to be relocated to the garage. Kevin completed this job and was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. We also had our electrical circuit beaker panel replaced to bring it up to current codes. Nick did all the work for this. Alex was excellent! He has a good analytical brain and readily figured out what was making noise in the hvac system. He then tested it in front of us and showed us what was wrong and why and how it happened. We are VERY pleased with him!
A/C was clearly broken and when they came to fix I was told A/C was fine and nothing was wrong. House was 90 degrees by the evening. Called again the next day and was treated very poorly. I would recommend any A/C repair company other than theirs.
They replaced my hot water heater in the attic quickly, smoothly and on time. A follow up call was made in a timely manner to adjust the temperature. Brandon Brown is really customer conscious and I will ask for him the future. Thanks, Berkeys. They are top notch!
