Loved Dr. Berkes but extremely disappointed in their billing department. I was charged for visit and for test, which is fine but my insurance co-pay was $0.00 for test and if i hadn't looked up information, they would have kept my money. Then when I called they asked if I wanted a refund!?! They charged me money they shouldn't have and instead of apologizing, they acted like I was inconveniecing them because I wanted my money back! So just be careful and aware about your billing! I still have not received my money back.

Dr. Berkes is truly amazing! She takes the time to listen to your issues and concerns, discusses different treatment plans with you. She never leaves you feeling like you have unanswered questions. Never once have I felt rushed through a visit. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.
