Sold us a POS salvage title car, despite the fact that the owner is good friends with my family. We knew we shouldn’t buy salvage title, but he persuaded us anyways and we desperately needed a car. Tried to get plates on the car, but berkenkotter couldn’t provide us the title. Went to the DMV 3 separate times, still wouldn’t provide us the title. No offense, but their RVs are filthy and disgusting. They leave listings on Craigslist that sold months ago. Not very organized or professional.

Bought a car from them a few months ago. Oil leaked 1qt+/100miles, internal damage to the valvetrain and timing, engine's being replaced. Don't waste your time here.
The staff is the key, very friendly and make you feel welcome, no pressure type sales, all the staff have been working at the dealership for several years. Its the type of dealership that will be the first place I will look when wanting to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks again for making my buying experience one of the best I have ever had.
