Sadly I will not be returning. Front desk staff was very rude and it seemed like they couldn't care any less about myself or my cat. He was brought out after his surgery when I went to pick him up, set down on the counter and no one gave me any aftercare instructions. Honestly seemed like we were just another transaction for this office.

We are very disappointed that Ms. McIntee had an unhappy experience at our clinic. The experience for both pet and owner is important to us and we want to reach out to her in order to alleviate any negative aspects of her visit. We have tried to contact her numerous times over the past few weeks (multiple voicemail messages and Facebook messages) but we have not heard back from her at this point.
This past week we had to put our 10 year old Chocolate lab to sleep Molly Jenkins.. Dr. Whit Whitley came out to ourDr. Whitley and the staff at BVC. Thank you!! <3 Meghann and Sam
