Went there yesterday to look for the renting office and bumped into someone who look like a maintenance guy and ask him that my friend’s been calling and emailing about renting an apartment and nobody got back to her. He stated why should we there’s no apartments available. That was very unprofessional on his part. I had a largely uneventful 7-year tenancy at Berkeley Square. Although I wished to rate well out of gratitude for the offsite property manager’s excellent response and genuine care in addressing a safety concern, I am rating low because I had to threaten legal action to recover my security deposit. Since moving into the Berkeley Square Apartments in the summer of 2021, I have had a great experience. The complex is calm, peaceful and the exterior is always well kept. Within the 4 years I had minimal issues. The Property Manager, Ed, was always very responsive. Whenever we crossed paths, he never failed to greet me. I am transitioning into a home and my chapter in this community is coming to an end however, if you are looking for an affordable place to rent, I recommend you include this property in your search.
