I am giving this establishment 3 stars. The Front office/accounting staff are always accommodating when addressing any account related questions. The two-star deduction is based on the maintenance service I have received in my unit. While the grounds are professionally landscaped and look beautiful, unfortunately they fall short in addressing required maintenance to me personally. It is now ten years that I am living here at Berkley Square. Alrhough I will more than likely be relocating to another state next year I would not have picked another place to live. The property is beautiful and picturesque and well maintained set up against a mountain. The property manager Ed has always been quick and responsive to help out with my unit with a kind helping hand.
