I used Crystal Springs for a couple of years, but after they merged with Primo Brands, their service really dropped. They canceled numerous deliveries with no notice, so several times I had to go purchase bottles of spring water for my employees. I have called and emailed many times and could never get a response. Service and phone staff good, but one out of every five or six bottles received is either filled with algae or tastes like pond water. Quality control has suffered in past 8 months. They are very courteous and kind to deliver repleplacements, but losing trust in quality of water.
