Service and phone staff good, but one out of every five or six bottles received is either filled with algae or tastes like pond water. Quality control has suffered in past 8 months. They are very courteous and kind to deliver repleplacements, but losing trust in quality of water.

I have worked with this business for a couple years and it is consistently disorganized, unreliable, deliveries, and poor communication. The lady on the phone likes to argue and when they make a mistake, they’re not interested often in rectifying the mistake like small business should. I own, two small businesses in the area successfully for many years and it’s very unfortunate. On top of that they’ve had a bacteria outbreak in their water.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff! Parking here is kind of awkward and very limited, beware of large trucks coming in and out. Affordably priced water bottles!

Calling to confirm my delivery as sometimes they forget, she said she would shoot him a text then was rude and basically hung up on me. Maybe be a little more friendly. I understand places are busy but compassion goes a long way to keep customers.
