The room was decent as well as the location. The staff needs to work on their customer service. They take forever to refund the deposit. If a call is made…they speak so fast and do not stop to allow for questions. Very bad customer service experience.
Extremely disappointing experience. I booked through Booking.com, but the hotel didn't have my reservation due to an issue on their end. Since I paid through Booking.com, the hotel charged me an additional $600 as a deposit for two rooms, which they were supposed to return. After two weeks, the deposit still hadn't been refunded. I called the hotel multiple times, but they claimed it was a bank issue. My bank confirmed the hotel hadn't attempted a refund. When I booked my reservation, there was no mention of a resort fee—yet upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged one. Additionally, the valet parking situation was a complete mess.
