Went in for a removal and genuinely felt the worst pain of my life because the nail technician ripped off my natural nails. I was trying to grow them out but yep just cut all of it off as well as some of my skin too. please do not come here.
Customer service was good and liked how my nails turned out. Not a relaxing experience, more bare bones. For the price it was OK, but I would recommend elsewhere for better quality Gel nails for the same or similar price. Please consider bleaching all your towels and bringing out new towels for each customers. Please wash floors. I didn’t trust the tools they used were sanitary either…
GOT INFECTION FROM UNSANITARY TOOLS!!!0/5 stars. horrible experience. I went november 8th around 4 pm & got a builder gel manicure. the tools that the lady brought out were just sitting in a container together & i now know they were not clean at all. i left the salon & my one cuticle was slightly uncomfortable but i didn’t think anything of it.
