Dr Horn and the desk staff and the hygenists & assistants are all great. The quality of care and skill is good. Regarding scheduling, it was a bit funny this time that I was asked by the clinic to reschedule an appt last week because I was going to be 10 minutes late; and then this time I arrived 10 minutes early for a 15-min appointment and had to wait about 45+ min to see the doctor.
Dr. Horn's empathetic manner, and skilled practice makes complex procedures calm and easily tolerated. He has mastered the art of explaining just enough and narrating the next steps. I really appreciate being his patient.
Excellent attention
Berkeley Periodontics is a great place for periodontics and dental implants. The doctors and staff are thoroughly professional and unsurpassed in skill and ability. In addition, they are caring and personable and friendly and offer expert service in all areas. This "personal touch" goes beyond the mere clinical and places their practice head and shoulders above all others.
The review I wrote on Yelp last week says it all; Dr. Horn & Berkeley Peri. are excellent, would not hesitate to recommend.
Hygienist asked detailed questions and reviewed my history.
I just had a routine cleaning. The hygienist was pleasant, efficient , and very competent, as are all those I have had experience with in this office. I have been Dr. Horn's patient for some years now. His standards are very high.
Attentive service, excellent communication, provide tools for maintenance of your teeth. I love them!
