The paediatric out patient clinic Berkley Pavillion is extremely slow, expect even if you arrive on time from 1-1.5 hr wait, they do not pick phone and forget to do reminders, you feel there is tension, the nurses and staff are not helpful, they have tired exhausted look on them, not interested in their job, you will be waiting to see a paediatrician but a nurse will do exam and let you go, this happened multiple times.. they need to significantly improve their service since they are paid by public money, it looks like a ger... read more
This Pavilion originally opened in 1962, as the Berkeley Private Hospital. Today, Berkeley, is part of the PAH Campus and the location houses different hospital department's. With the new construction next door, not sure what departments will stay.
The staff of the screening and mammography were delightful. I couldn’t ask for nicer staff. However the front desk of the Pavillion was a completely different experience. The lady on staff was very rude!
