Avoid Berkeley Outdoors at all costs. I have a 2022 Tahoe 185s that was not rigged properly which resulted in a very dangerous safety issue with my throttle control....It could have been stuck open Thankfully Marine 360 in Chapin SC found the issue before myself and family were hurt. Berkeley claims it came that way from the manufacturer (White River) and refuses to reimburse me the $165.00 to have it rigged correctly by Marine 360. This is just one of the issues I've had with this boat and this dealership......never again!
I personally had a horrific experience. I do not recommend this boat dealership. My experience with Berkeley Outdoors began in April 2020, when I was purchasing an expensive used boat from one of their customers (the boat retailed in the $150,000 range, and had only 42 hours on it, so it was “almost” new). As part of the pre-sales process, the seller and I agreed to have the boat inspected by Berkeley (the original dealership) so they could identify and address any issues.
