His communication, attention to detail, and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right, and it really shows in the final product. I highly recommend Berkley Mill to any homebuyer, along with any Pulte community.
Poor 1 year warranty department, Mr. Philip not even responding after the one year inspection nov 2025 he did the inspection and put the sticker everywhere, whenever we are asking to fix the issue poor response from him . Unsatisfied with the customer service . Trying to reach out the higher officials to fix the issue
Love the playground, pool facility and walking trail. Will be nice to see when finished. Also, curious to see how the build process goes for the new home. Landscape maintenance is included in home purchase so it will be interesting to see how that goes as well.
Terribly small and unattractive homes. But that is what middleclass is these days.
