I had a unicorn of ER experiences. I am so grateful for this ER department. Everyone was compassionate, professional, respectful, and effective. I saw excellent communication and teamwork between staff members. They were just all around on it. Went in for abdominal pain, turns out it was appendicitis and these people saved my life. I have never seen a worst hospital than this in my life. This place is so bad.i seen kids in pain waiting for hours. I seen guys throwing up looking very bad waiting hours to be seen. This place is a real life nightmare.
Worst experience ever......
Went in dealing with mental health issues. Apparently there were a lot of psych patients that night. I know this because all the nurses complained every time it was announced over the intercom that a psych patient was incoming. The doctor also said “I guess I’m just everyone’s therapist tonight”. As someone who was dealing with a crisis that night, I found it to be extremely inconsiderate and rude. You never know what someone is going through. My nurse Kris (or Chris not sure how she spells it) was lovely though.
