guy is a peice he typo'd my probate case number in the public report and expects me to pay for it a second time..then says this was a complimentary service i paid him extremely well to do it allwithout excuses...FIRED MARK KIZER... suing him in small claims as he refuses to return the fees and completed ionly a fraction of the service inneptly..after i fired him went to court and was chastised by the judge because nobody showed for the 1st crt date which was before i fired him!
mark kizer is a cheat..legal document assistant.. he typo's the actual case number for publication prior to the probate hearing then expected me to re paytohave it republished after the hearing date was pushed back .. he claims this was a complimentary service.. impaid him 7500 to do it all..nothing was complimentary these were services paid for and not rendered.. he advertised probate could be filed for less than 500.. thats the actual filing fee.. there fore when he charged 7500 i expected and he i ferred all would be comp... read more

Dealing with a divorce when children is never pleasant. M. Kizer has been outstanding in making sure it was done fast and efficient. The communication has been clear everything has been taken care of. I’m sure to never divorce again but I highly recommend M. Kizer.
Please do not be scammed by this man! Look up his name under certification as a Legal Document Assistant. It is non-existent. As you will note, his photograph is not even on the website. He is utilizing another individual's identity to conduct business. He took $2500 for help in my divorce matter then absconded with the money. He refused to provide me copy of the agreement that I signed. Mark and his staff deserve more than 5 stars IMO. I found this service on Google and they have exceeded my expectations. Mark is easy to work with gets back to me right away. I had an extremely bad experience with a previous lawyer who messed up my case and cost me a fortune. Mark helped me through a tricky divorce case and I was able to settle without going to trial. She called pretending to be a client and when I started asking questions she eventually admitted that she wasn't a client, but a competitor.
