They installed the wrong backsplash and the wrong (completely wrong) floors in our home. They did fix the backsplash but wouldn’t make any concessions for the floors after we had moved in. We had chosen light colored floors, small planks. They installed extremely dark, wide plank floors.
They won't fix many things after purchase
