I love the office staff here, very communicative and helpful! Thanks again to Stephanie and Jennifer! The staff members are still amazing but Danielle the property is extremely rude and doesn't like her job clearly. Parking here is a nightmare , for as much as you pay for these subpar apartments you can move anywhere else and have parking accommodations for yourself and your guests. The sink's hot water is working again, but it took almost 3 weeks.
WHY with the UNBELIEVABLY LOUD construction and maintenance SO early in the morning??? WHY????? almost EVERY damn day it sounds like explosions and jackhammers ear-drum-shattering power tools starting at 7:59am SHARP and going until like 11am or noon. You really can't start this INDESCRIBABLY loud work a BIT later in the day?? and it's literally EVERY day EARLY in the morning for so long now. literally WHAT are they even doing?? disassembling and reassembling the entire apartment complex??? Professional and efficient staff, no complaints!
I lived in this apartment complex for 1.5 years. I like everything here. The place is beautiful and quiet. The downsides that I found here are that in winter there is a lot of rain and not enough sun))) I like management team. They responded well to my requests for repairs and helped me. The location this complex is nice. I plan to extend my lease for another year, I have not found a better place.
