When we moved in (February), the balconies were in horrible condition. The landlord promised to fix the balconies during the summer, but now summer is over and the balconies still have not been repaired. The fireplace does not work. We opened multiple maintenance tickets for the balconies and the fireplace, but nothing was done. Asked for a discount on rent since promises were not kept. No response! Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Would not mind if I was not paying almost $3k a month. Seriously considering filing... read more
