I have gone to Berkeley Glass for years now. They have always been incredibly sweet and kind. I will always go to/ recommend Berkeley Glass to anyone needing any work done. It doesn’t matter how small the job you have. They treat you like a major business. I can’t say enough good things!
Paula, Jeremy and Dustin are great people, going above and beyond to help us with a few windows that were leaking. Typically, I do not leave a review, however, this is a great company and I would highly recommend utilizing their services! Thank you, all!
The actual glass was fine and the lady who works the front desk/answers the phone is amazing! The reason for 2 stars is because they took forever to accomplish the order. It was pretty simple order and we had to call multiple times to get them to cut the glass. Then when I came to pickup my order I didn’t know where to go to pick it up (the sign is very faded and small), I accidentally went into the wrong section and the person who was sitting at the desk acted like I wasn’t even there. My experience with Berkeley Glass was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The initial consultation went well, and I was told they could install a frameless shower. Later, I was informed that a true frameless enclosure wouldn’t work because the holes from the previous shower would be visible, so I had to go with a more expensive framed option instead. We recently used Berkeley Glass Company in Martinsburg to replace our old shower door doors. We are very happy with the product, price and installation are the doors. Strother, Came to our house listened to what we wanted, measured, and made great suggestions. The two men who came to our house a week later arrived on time, were very pleasant and respectful.
