I have been a long time patient here, but today I tried three times to call to make an appointment. I followed the instructions, and each time was cut off. also, I called recently about authorization for a mammogram, was supposed to receive a call back, but still have not. At one point I would say I recommended the group, but . . . if I can't even talk to someone, or have no way of making an appointment except going into the office . . ..
