Theres been a sharp reduction in the quality of our experience. Strong signs of mismanagement and poor attention to detail. The care my family's recieved with this group has left us to conclude there's a lack of effort or competance. If you have medical needs of any complexity beyond the most basic, I'd recommend you carefully evaluate other options.
I really like this office. Everyone is very nice and I can get in to see a doctor at all kinds of hours. Sometimes the wait is long, but it is an Urgent Care on top of everything. I have had very good experiences here.... highly recommend!

The wait time is incredible. We waited 2 hours just to go into an exam room and then another hour just to be seen by a doctor or nurse o had no bedside manner. While waiting in the exam room there was some kind of black bug scurrying across the exam table/bed.After diagnosing my toddler with yet another ear infection she prescribed Amoxcillian which I know from past that it doesn't work on my daughter. I needed immediate assistance because of an injury to my son's collar bone after a sports related accident. He was in excruciating pain and needed immediate help/relief. I walked into the regular e.r. of the local hospital and it was packed to the rim.
