I used to be Dr.Young and she is personal! But today with my visit is really terrible and rude! This clinic hired another doctor work with Dr.Young together! She only can do some assessment but not be a doctor. Every detail will need communicated with Dr Young! First, she asked why am I coming today ? Then why you need take blood test? I used to love Dr. Young, last 2 years. the receptionist’s unprofessional demeanor has significantly deterred me from returning to the office. Upon my recent visit, I was informed that Caresource is the sole accepted insurance provider, excluding other medical coverage. This lack of transparency and the receptionist’s rude attitude have left me with a negative impression and a strong desire to seek alternative healthcare providers. I won’t be coming back. I hope Dr. Young takes note of this situation.

I don't know you and you sending me a bill, who are you, what kind of doctor are you, I have never seen you before in my life, what kind of mess is this? The government need to shut you down for fraudulent insurance or whatever you are doing. I don't know if you are black, white, blue or pink because I have never been to you. What do you do.

We have been seeing Dr. Young for almost 10 years now. The ladies at the front desk are nice and we haven't have any issues with their attitude. However the wait time in the past can be a little longer than normal but now are pretty quick.
