I don't know you and you sending me a bill, who are you, what kind of doctor are you, I have never seen you before in my life, what kind of mess is this? The government need to shut you down for fraudulent insurance or whatever you are doing. I don't know if you are black, white, blue or pink because I have never been to you. What do you do.
We have been seeing Dr. Young for almost 10 years now. The ladies at the front desk are nice and we haven't have any issues with their attitude. However the wait time in the past can be a little longer than normal but now are pretty quick.
The woman at your front desk is rude and unprofessional. I hope Dr. Yang sees this comment. I called 6 times in two days through this rude woman and wanted to tell Dr. Yang to call me back through him! Haven't replied silly ❌! ! ! ! ! ! !
