Dr. Steffensen provided treatment for my infected eye. She was thorough and explained everything to me. I returned a few days later for a laser procedure with Dr. Mehta. This corrected the blurry vision which occurred after cataract surgery. Both doctors are professional but also kind and approachable. I am grateful Yubi encouraged me to schedule the laser procedure within the week --- I tend to procrastinate! I fully trust Berkeley Eye Center Memorial.

Fantastic service! Dr. Skidmore has been great treating my dry eyes with care, and Posh was amazing in helping me pick out glasses.Always very satisfied with my visits.
Dr. Steffensen was very kind and patient with me as we went through our 1s and 2s. She has a calm demeanor and is knowledgeable! The staff/assistants were great and efficient too. I got in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend this Berkley Eye center.
I see Dr. Skidmore for my scleral lenses. I see them more than I wish to admit but every time I see her, my issue gets addressed. whether it be an infection I have on my eye, my lenses, or anything in between. My only complaint is the same complaint I have about any other eye place. if your appointment is at 9:45, you won't be seen until close to 10:15-10:30. I get it that she has other patients and she is doing other things. I would just advise them to be more transparent and communicative.
