My husband said they were very efficient and very nice
They took all my exams and as doing so I asked if they would tell me how much it cost to have surgery. Oh you suppose to get that on your next visit when we measure your lens. Next visit two more exams and then wait what 30 min to see Maria. So how much is this gonna cost me out of my pocket? Well we don't have that information today! Wth Really then why did I come in today so you could schedule an appointment to have surgery and not give me a price! Not happy with how this was handled at all!
I have been going to Berkeley Eye Center in Kingwood for quite a few years now. The customer service is outstanding! Within the past year i have had to go in a few times because i had my PRK surgery with Dr. McQueen, and all my follow up appointments with Dr. Palumbo. I'm so thankful that they truly care and appreciate their patients. I was scared to have PRK surgery but the doctors and staff took care of me every step of the way! I just had my lasik procedure done. Everything went great! Dr. McQueen did my procedure went well. Dr Palumbo, Leslie, and the entire crew were so nice and helpful. Office is extremely organized and timely as compared to others. Would highly recommend.
