Doctor was great,but the female that was suppose to be helping me with my glasses her name is Laura and her attitude was atrocious . She behaved as if she could not be bothered with me.

Though I like the doctors and the exam part of the business, I won't every deal with their optical department again. I've left multiple messages for them and 1/5 may get returned. This is very inconvenient when I'm trying to get contacts before I'm completely out!! and just bad service and incomprehensible to me that a business can be run this way. I work in sales/customer service and I'd be fired if I ran mine like that. I called one day 4 times and asked to speak to a person rather than be put in Vmail and they still said ... read more
Thank you to Berkeley Eye Center in The Woodlands for giving me the most amazing experience with my Lasik procedure. It's been exactly a week since I had the surgery and my results are amazing. Not only can I see better than I did with glasses or contacts, but the healing has been so quick and the procedure was minimally invasive with almost no redness! Dr. Shrum is an excellent Ophthalmologist! My family and I have been coming to his office for several years now and have never had a bad visit. Dr. Shrum's demeanor and professionalism keep us coming back.
I had LASIK two years ago and continue to have all of my yearly check-ups at Brekeley in The Woodlands. Could not ask for a better staff!!! Dr. Varnell and Sarah are the best!
This was an annual visit. First, it was very helpful to have then remind me of the time to have the visit, second they made it very easy to schedule the visit, third they got me in on time and the exam went well. Sarah was thorough in the exam and Dr. Varnell reviewed the results of last years exam and went over the changes. The whole process was easy, informative and quick.
