Simply the best experience that I have had at the Optometrist. Fantastic, incredible staff: Lori, Yubi, Shirley, and Dr. Yankelove! I will never go anywhere else. I am a patient/client for life. Everyone was super friendly especially the Dr’s assistant ( Brittany). Dr Brumbelow explained everything in terms I could understand and was very personable. I would certainly refer people to theHuntsville location.
I found out I had cataracts & glaucoma in 2006 and began my experience with Dr. Shrum. He did my cataract surgeries in 2006 and he has kept my glaucoma under control since. He's the best and I wouldn't trade him. My visit on 1/5/2019 was very satisfactory. Everyone at the office is friendly. fantastic.. for another doctor...
Though I like the doctors and the exam part of the business, I won't every deal with their optical department again. I've left multiple messages for them and 1/5 may get returned. This is very inconvenient when I'm trying to get contacts before I'm completely out!! and just bad service and incomprehensible to me that a business can be run this way. I work in sales/customer service and I'd be fired if I ran mine like that. I called one day 4 times and asked to speak to a person rather than be put in Vmail and they still said ... read more
My experience at Berkeley was stress free. I did not have to wait to be seen. All staff members were caring courteous and professional. After the examination the help selecting the right pair of glasses was outstanding. I selected a great pair of glasses at a fair price. I'd definitely recommend Memorial Berkeley Eye Center to friends and relatives.
Today was my first visit. I am so excited to find a Doctor who is so thorough and nice. The staff is very professional and so easy to work with. I would recommend the Katy Berkeley office to everyone (and I have.)
