I had a tear duct eye procedure performed and all went well.
Unfortunately they will schedule you during their lunch period. I came a little early my appointment was at 12:30 and I wasn’t seen until after 1. I work in the medical field too. I understand it gets busy, but unfortunately there is nothing they will do for you. You’ll just have to wait.
No matter what issues I may be having, when I arrive at this office I am always greeted with smiles and words of comfort. They are accommodating on the phone as well. Class A service.
Staff is incredible. I was having issues with procedure and they made sure I was comfortable.
