Berkeley Eye Clinic has exceptional service I had one of the best experiences my doctor Matthew McCauley did my surgery he offered to pray with me before he performed my surgery. The nurses and the anesthesiologist were exceptional. I have recommended several of my friends and family members to Berkeley and now they are seeing doctor's at Berkeley. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.

Really great experience for my husband! He’s had a lot of eye problems and wow the ladies here were so kind, so attentive and just so helpful overall!! Loved the environment and the staff as well as the service!
The doctors and some staff are very good. However, the front desk personnel need training in customer service. Berkeley Eye Center is notorious for wait times. I’ve had to wait an hour for an appointment, after the allotted appointment. And every time I express frustration, I am given lip and attitudes that throws the issue back in my face. It has been so bad, I stopped going Berkeley altogether, same as my husband. Only my retired mother insists on coming. Vanessa at the Grand Oaks location was simply incredible! She was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. After her tests, I met with Dr. Quadir and her assistant! The Doctors skills, knowledge, and professionalism were superior and her assistant was awesome! I then went to purchase new glasses. I Met with a lady named Posh and she made my experience complete! 5 Stars for this awesome team of professionals! Berkeley Grand Oaks gets my highest recommendation!
