They gave me an appointment and when i went to my appointment they did not find me pn the records like i never was there and i made my apppintment in person.
The service was great while being there. However, when I called twice to see if my glasses are ready, I was left on standby for too long. First call happened 3 weeks after my examination. Second call after a month. I haven't received any notification either.
At age 67, this is the first time I have had to be treated by a retinal surgeon. These people are fantastic and extremely fast. Best experience I have ever had in a doctor’s office. I would highly recommend.
My dad recently went there for a procedure with Dr. Choudhary and was very pleased with his experience. The staff are always smiling and are very welcoming and helpful.
Berkley Eye Centers have worked miracles for me, my wife and friends. One of which was “legally blind” and had normal vision restored after treatment at Berkley.
