I had a very nice experience. It was my first visit to the El Campo center. The wait was a tad long, but that was fine as the staff was gracious and this was most likely the most thorough appointment I've had in many years!!!! I will be going back again for the next exam.
Dr. Yankelove has an excellent bedside manner and is a straight shooter. His co-workers enjoy working with him, which makes the patient experience excellent. Great care and counsel.
My first visit to Berkeley with Dr. Miller was great. My visit was done in an efficient and timely manner. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling confident that my eyes were in good hands. Ty in the optical department was very helpful. She helped me pick great frames, taking the time to walk around and show me several options. She discussed all the benefits that came with my insurance and I walked out feeling confident about my purchase.
Dr weeks and Sarah were very help full and friendly. The examination was thorough and very satisfactory. The same goes for all your staff members at that location. Thank you.
I highly recommend berkeley eye center to my friends and family they are fast, friendly and efficient and I will definitely very highly recommend Dr. WEEKS and SARAH.
I was very pleased with the service I received. Dr. Weeks was so sweet and amiable. I have a tendency to be sensitive towards anything medical related, but the staff made my appointment very comfortable and I had no issues.
I have seen Dr. Miller in The Woodlands for several years and every time is a great experience. I would fully recommend this Berkeley Eye Center to anyone looking for a thorough and caring doctor with excellent customer service and a nice location.
Everyone was exceptional from the time I entered through registration, pre-Doctor preparations, and Dr. Kayci's exam.
Excellent care by everyone. The knowledge and efficiency of the operation was excellent. All questions were answered and test were explained completely. Surgery was completed and the results were outstanding. Still have another eye surgery scheduled for the other eye but I am sure the final results will be wonderful.
