If I can go out to eat and remove my mask when seated. Why can’t I go in, be seated, and take off my mask? No one was closer than 12 feet! My mask was causing my glasses to fog over and I couldn’t see paperwork. Then instead of coming quietly and asking me to wear my mask they yelled across the room at me. So embarrassing. Not ok.

I have to retrack my last review on my last visit. Berkeley eye center went out of their way to correct a bad experience I had there. I have to give them thanks for doing what they did. Had to wait for dr a longer than I thought would happen but did tell me he was sorry and running late due to unexpected emergency! Love the girls that help u select frames
I have been going to Berkeley Eye Center for years. Dr. Hollas is the best. The staff makes you feel like you matter. They take their time and actually care about your eye health. Very friendly and personable. Purchasing frames was an excellent experience. COVID-19 precautions are taken very seriously and I felt very safe!

Many health precautions taken such as masks worn, only the optician is allowed to touch frames for sale and she wiped down frames after I tried them on, and only one to two people in waiting room at a time made me feel safe. Great service from Dr. Hollis and his associates.
