RecommendedHaving been to other Berkeley Locations for my eye exams, I was most impressed yesterday at the Woodlands facility. From the moment I stepped into the office until I was finished, all the contact I had with staff members was terrific. Dr Miller was exceptional in his explanation of my eye exam and look forward to returning next year.

RecommendedBrenda and Alma were great help the day after surgery. The staff was amazing and so professional. The facilities are so clean and wonderful. If you are thinking about getting lasik this is the place to go. From explaining everything to helping with anything you need the staff was above and beyond.

If I can go out to eat and remove my mask when seated. Why can’t I go in, be seated, and take off my mask? No one was closer than 12 feet! My mask was causing my glasses to fog over and I couldn’t see paperwork. Then instead of coming quietly and asking me to wear my mask they yelled across the room at me. So embarrassing. Not ok.

It’s the most efficient office I’ve ever experienced.
