Horribly late and unprofessional. Trainee had an appointment at 2pm and didn’t get seen until almost 5pm. If you look at the other reviews they are all the same, they are late hours past appointment times. Unacceptable, if you have a choice, DO NOT GO HERE!
Great place if you wanna wait an hour past your appointment time
My poor review is based on two things. I arrived at 10:30 AM (My original appointment was at 10:15AM, but moved back to 11:30 AM) My procedure did not happen until 3:35 PM So I went all day on Tuesday with no food, then did colonoscopy prep which was of course, awful. Then went the majority of the next day on Wednesday with no food while waiting in the facility lobby. I didn’t get home until about 6:00 PM before I could eat again. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH MY SCHEDULED COLONOSCOPY TODAY 3/31/2023! My appointment was at 9:30a and the very rude, obnoxious and dramatic anesthesiologist claimed he could not proceed at 1p when they finally came to get me, because I had been chewing gum since 8:30a this morning! He claimed it was a risk and I needed to wait 4 more hours! A staff member there knew I was chewing gum and she admitted that she did not know I was not supposed to chew gum and even encouraged me to continue to chew it until I go in the room for my... read more
