Disorganized, Unresponsive, and Unacceptable Patient Care Our experience at Berkeley Endoscopy Center was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, they did not have my family member listed for their appointment, which immediately caused confusion and delay. We stood at the front desk for nearly 20 minutes without consistent assistance because there was no steady front desk staff present. Horribly late and unprofessional. Trainee had an appointment at 2pm and didn’t get seen until almost 5pm. If you look at the other reviews they are all the same, they are late hours past appointment times. Unacceptable, if you have a choice, DO NOT GO HERE!
Great place if you wanna wait an hour past your appointment time
My poor review is based on two things. I arrived at 10:30 AM (My original appointment was at 10:15AM, but moved back to 11:30 AM) My procedure did not happen until 3:35 PM So I went all day on Tuesday with no food, then did colonoscopy prep which was of course, awful. Then went the majority of the next day on Wednesday with no food while waiting in the facility lobby. I didn’t get home until about 6:00 PM before I could eat again.
