Terrible service, terrible customer service. You are lucky if they send you the right bill amount or answer any email of phone call.
They get to bill you THREE TIMES, once at Alta Bates($1300), once Bay Imaging Consultants to read the radiology scans ($50), and once at this Berkeley Emergency Medical for the doctors( $100). And the doctors are out of network!! That means you get to figure out how to pay the bill three different ways! And they used an old address instead of the one I provided so it's really hard to pay the bill. You will need to call Brault, and the phone number provided will put you on hold for 30 minutes only to find out they need to tra... read more
