The apartment is not too shabby, but the main problem is the office staff that work at Berkeley Apartments who are in charge of the building. They are extremely unprepared and unhelpful. They knew that 5 people were moving into the apartment, but only cut 2 sets of keys, requiring us to share keys and come back another day, using one of our roommates keys in order to get a copy. Furthermore, they don't cut the keys well, so our main door key that works for the gate will not get us out of the garbage disposal room, essentiall... read more
Residing at the Touriel building has been a safe and comforting experience from the start. Property staff members have been nothing less than exceptional at meeting all of my needs, as well as the needs of the property as a whole. I highly recommend this building to anyone who is thinking of relocating to the Bay Area!
