The building is next door to a dog’s hospital. If you don’t want to hear dogs barking the whole day, this place is not for you. Also, it’s really expensive for what it offers. The only pro is that there’s a laundry facility on every floor.

This building is the worst place I have ever lived in. The carpet flooring is dirty, the appliances are outdated, and the apartment had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (spilled sauces, hair, stains,etc.). The fire alarm seemingly goes off every month. The front door lock has not been working, and after several calls over a month the only response was staff was looking into it. Terrible apartment complex from management to security to amenities. Dont rent in this building
