RecommendedI have lived here for 2 years and enjoyed it immensely. The staff is truly amazing and it’s proximity to campus makes it the perfect package.
As a resident, I would like to thank the company for doing absolutely NOTHING in the way of rent relief for students who have been in limbo on classes and for the many who are no longer in Ann Arbor. We still have no clue about next year, but we know for sure that we will owe thousands regardless! would never recommend living here, they CONSTANTLY charge you random fees added to your rent with ZERO explanation. My rent is suppose to be 979 and I have never paid under a 1000 here. Not to mention how terrible they are about helping you when things are broken. Seriously wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to live here lmao.
The Property Manager, Tiara Henderson, at The Dwight Lofts is amazing! She is extremely responsive and committed to providing Columbia students with the best living environment possible. She is truly a breath of fresh air.
I love the location. The wifi has recently been updated and myself nor my roommate have experienced problems. Office and maintenance are so kind and always helpful ! Bri is so patient and always is happy to explain every step of the process. Love the community
I love living at Sterling! The office staff has always been very helpful and accommodating to us. Matienence is also great and has always fixed anything we’ve ever had issues with. It’s so much nicer than living in dorms and having a kitchen is a plus. I would definitely recommend living here! The location is unmatched. You live in the center of campus and downtown and can get anywhere in minutes.
The rent is way too high for what you get you get a crappy washer dryer that does not dry they don’t treat their yard for fleas or tics so they have a flea infestation there’s trash everywhere from college kids and there’s mold on the ceiling’s
I’ve lived here for two years now and intend to live here until I finish school! There’s no beating the proximity to campus and the staff are always incredibly friendly. The units come with a washer/dryer combo which many apartments don’t have, this was a must for me and I’m so grateful I found Sterling when I moved here. RecommendedThis is a great property I was looking around college station and sterling is by far the best bang for your buck and I would recommend staying here, their staff is very friendly and Victor was so nice on our tour. 10/10 recommend!!
