Location is great, apartment nice. BUT management is a disaster in so many ways. Weekends there is frequently garbage everywhere, as there are too few bins. They often charge the incorrect amount for rent, and then try and charge interest rather than correct their mistake. Noise levels are high ( loud music being played at 3 am). There is tons of cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking building. A little late review but here is what happened to me … Last year we tried to rent a unit in this building because of the convenient location. It took about a month for the management to approve our application. While moving our furnitures we had multiple accidents (within two hours period) and I contacted the management Wendy Ruiz immediately and I shared with her that I am scared to live in the building. 1.
