It's nice place for you to come home to
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This guy's facility is trash. If something breaks he does not want to fix it. He will not give you your deposit back. Please please take a video before and after you move in document and keep copies of everything he will screw you I just got out of court with this guy and if I didn't have proof I would have lost my deposit please keep all receipts of payment everything you do with this facility keep a copy

I lived here for 5 years and out of all the places I have lived at this was by far the best apartment building. The owner is really nice and actually cares about his tenets. The apartments are very spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet. If you are looking for a place to live give this place a try. I promise you will not be disappointed.
