I contacted Berintek after my old garage door malfunctioned. They promptly returned my call and were able to send technicians on the same day. They came with their sales binder with the different styles of new doors available and a ring of sample door colors to compare. I was provided a fair quote and had my new door and track hardware installed that same day! We had a wonderful experience with Berintek! They were able to assess our damaged garage door on the same day we called. We had already decided that the door would need to be replaced, and they provided helpful guidance and tips to help us choose the right replacement. I inquired about replacing a broken spring for a garage door. I was informed that a tech would need to come and do an inspection for a proper estimate. I told them fine because it was a non emergency and it can be fixed anytime. Tech came out next day and informed me that the repairs were around $525 plus tax and I should just get a new garage door because the rollers were worn out anyway.
