I would never recommend using Bering realty. At the very least using Lucy Houle. She came out never gave us any info. No big deal. She came into my home,arms crossed. Never uncrossed them. Like if she touched something she would contract something. She never took notes as to available days to look, due to working. Didn't really note anything. Lucy Houle was the best agent I could of had for the sale of my property. She worked hard promoting the property. She was very transparent and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She was professional and efficient with every step of the process. If you need a real estate agent make Lucy your choice. You will not be disappointed.
We had such a WONDERFUL experience with Bering, specifically Lucy Houle! She searched for our perfect home for months until we finally found it and put in an offer! We are now living in our dream home all thanks to her. She was extremely thorough and was so understanding of us having to bring our wild toddler along to showings! She doubled as a baby sitter while we toured homes Lol. HIGHLY recommend!
When we bought our first home (not with Bering) I wasn't left with the best impression of the usefulness of a buyer's agent. I can't say enough about the experience I had with Lucy Houle. I was a first time home buyer and only had approval for FHA financing and a limited budget. Lucy found me my dream home with one hurdle.. they only were accepting offers with conventional loan approval, but that didn't stop Lucy. She convinced the seller to entertain an offer with an unconventional loan... not only did she convince them to entertain my offer but also got them to accept it.
