I have called multiple companies to come to our recently purchased home and remove old, rusty gas logs from a fireplace that had water damage. Most wanted to charge an exorbitant amount and include chimney inspections which were already completed with the purchase of the home. Then, we called Berico! I wish we would have called them first! Josh called to let me know he was on the way and arrived within the time specified. He was professional and after performing the maintenance he went over the invoices with me including recommendations. I asked that he install a surge protector as recommended and had it done in a short amount of time. He went over the warranty and gave me a new printed invoice. Visit was straightforward and I highly recommend Josh and Berico

I had a Mitsubishi mini split installed today by Berico and the experience was very positive. Devin and Austin were extremely professional and did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the installation so I always knew what was going on and what to expect next. The installation went smoothly, and the new system is a great upgrade from what I had before. It runs extremely quiet and already feels like a big improvement in comfort.
